Terlingua Ranch Association maintains Over 1200 Miles of roads, There is also a lodge area with many amenities including Free Wi-Fi, a restaurant, bulk water sales, landing strip, pool, rental cabins, RV and primitive camp sites, public bath, laundry mat, equine facilities and cold storage during hunting season.Owners of the ranch also get access to over 9,000 acres on Christmas Mountain for hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. 

 

Terlingua Ranch has 6 Different Areas:

Solitario: This Area has some very remote area and great views, Big Bend ranch borders this section of the Ranch. We recommend a high clearance Vehicle.

Big Bend Valley: This Area is right off Highway TX-118, easiest tracts to access. The sunset and sunrises are absolutely beautiful, a great area to build an off the grid property.

North Corozones: This area is sort after because of the beautiful views of the Corozones peaks which can be viewed from anywhere in the North Corozones section of the Ranch. The area is very close to the Lodge, which means power, phone and also Wi-Fi access in some spots.

Cedar Springs: Another remote area of the ranch that offers wildlife. They are different wildlife in this area, people often go do to cedar springs for hunting and just to enjoy the peace and quiet nature offers. Great View of 9 point mesa.

HWY 118: This is the most popular and sort after area of the ranch. This area is close to the historic Ghost town and offers some restaurants, stores, etc.

Agua Fria: This area is right across from Big Bend Valley, good area to build an off grid cabin.
